


Gibbons Fans provide a minimum of a 1 year warranty on all fan units.
The Company will endeavour to remove the worries of a warranty claim from any customer by arranging the collection (U.K. only), repair and the return of the fan unit. A full and thorough inspection of all parts will be completed upon receipt of the fan. Repairs as maybe required will be carried out. If it is deemed that the fan unit is not a warranty claim then the customer will be informed and a quote will be sent for the cost of the work to be undertaken.
The warranty covers faults caused by faulty parts or poor workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by foreign bodies, negligence, misuse of the product or when a fan not suited for the purpose has been used. The warranty does not cover accidental damage of the fan unit.
Gibbons Fans endeavours to answer any technical questions concerning any of its products e.g. advice on which of the products is suitable for a particular application. Any queries will be dealt with quickly and efficiently providing all customers with the professional service they would expect from a market leader.
